To support our Everlast operational team and enhance the delivery of all systems and reporting.

The Systems & Data Coordinator is a full-time position, reporting into the Systems & Data Manager. The role is diverse and covers all systems and reporting across the business, as well as working with gym and central teams members to ensure data is readily available and our processes are as efficient and seamless as possible.

This role will be based out of our Head Office site in Shirebrook.

Job Description
  • Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for the business
  • Support gym teams with remote troubleshooting and training
  • Reviewing, managing and taking action to resolve tickets raised through our HALO system
  • Identify pain points and report to the Systems and Data manager along with any solutions
  • Update basic knowledge articles and training materials for our gym & central teams
  • Provide reporting and data for various departments within the central team
  • Testing system issues and liaising with third party support teams to resolve
  • Supporting department heads with recovery of monies owed
  • Working reactively on ad-hoc Systems & Data related tasks as required by the Systems & Data Manager

  • Experience of Leisure Management Systems (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Direct Debit schemes.
